1. Seven-day no-reason return policy

For all Siberia peripheral products purchased through online shopping, users have the right to return or exchange the products within seven days from the date of receiving the goods.

The following Siberia peripheral products are not included in the seven-day no-reason return policy: customized products and other products containing game packages or valuable data.

If users want to enjoy the seven-day no-reason return service, they need to provide online transaction records and return records as vouchers; otherwise, the platform background will automatically calculate the date and generate the corresponding after-sales service operation specifications for consumers.

Generally, the shipping fees incurred by the seven-day no-reason return are borne by the users themselves. (Based on the rules of the online platform and the user level, part of the fees may be borne by the platform or the merchant. Please refer to the rules of the online platform for details.)

2. Product replacement within 15 days and one-year warranty service

We regret that we cannot provide replacement or warranty service under the following circumstances:

1. Unable to present the original valid warranty card, valid invoice or receipt, or the product does not have a body barcode (this barcode currently refers to Internet cafe products).

2. Items such as the purchase date of the product and the name of the sales unit (seal is valid) on the warranty card are not completely filled in or the warranty card has been altered.

3. Any damage caused by human factors, including malfunctions and damages caused by using the product in an abnormal working environment.

4. Malfunctions caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, assembly, or repair of the product.

5. The product is missing accessories, such as the product warranty sticker and related product accessories.

6. Except for electrical performance malfunctions caused by normal use, if the appearance of the product is damaged, only repair service will be provided.

This limited warranty only applies to the originally purchased product, not to resold items. This limited warranty is only valid in the country of original purchase (Mainland China). If the product is shipped internationally by an authorized distributor, the country of original purchase shall be the shipping point of the distributor. This valid warranty complies with the laws of the country of original purchase and relevant legal interpretations are made. No distributor, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, expand, or add to this limited warranty. If any provision of this limited warranty is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
